• We accept payment mode in cash(SGD), Nets, Visa, Master, Amex, and Cheque.
• Original spa voucher is to be presented prior to treatment.
• We do not over or under charge and we ensure correct change is given to the customers.
• All prices displayed are subject to 7% GST and all prices are stated in spa menu and shelf talkers.
• We honor the prices quoted at the time of booking for treatments and spa packages and other related services.
• All information gathered will be kept strictly private and confidential.
• All package purchases are entitled to a full refund within 5 day cooling period. After the 5 day cooling period, package is transferable, exchangeable for products/ services.
• After the 5 day cooling period, 50% of deposit placed to secure package will be refunded if transaction is cancelled.
• Our therapists are formally trained and meet training standard in accordance with prevailing CAT 1 requirements stipulated by the Licensing Authority.
